Update December 2024: Data Processing Related to Google Services

We use Google services, including the Google Calendar API, to provide advanced functionality for synchronizing and managing calendar events. Access to calendar data occurs only with the explicit authorization of the User via the OAuth 2.0 flow, in compliance with Google’s security and privacy guidelines.

Types of Data Collected:
Through integration with Google Calendar, the platform may collect and process the following data:

  • Event titles, descriptions, locations, and schedules.
  • Availability information from the calendar.
  • Unique IDs related to calendar events.

These data are used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Synchronizing the User’s calendar availability with the platform.
  • Creating, modifying, or deleting events as requested by the User.
  • Optimizing the management of appointments or bookings.

Data Sharing:
The data collected via the Google Calendar API are not shared with third parties, except in the following cases:

  • For technical or operational purposes, data may be processed by service providers appointed and designated as Data Processors.
  • When required by law or by an order from competent authorities.

Data Protection:
The platform implements advanced security measures to ensure the protection of personal data collected through the Google Calendar API. These measures include:

  • Encryption of data in transit: All data transferred between the platform and Google’s servers are protected via SSL/TLS protocols.
  • Controlled access and authentication: Data access occurs exclusively through OAuth 2.0 access tokens, which are limited to the required permissions and do not include sensitive User information or credentials.
  • Secure token management: OAuth 2.0 tokens are securely stored and not shared with unauthorized parties.

Revoking Authorization:
Users can revoke the platform’s access to their Google Calendar data at any time through their Google Account permissions settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).
